With a rating of Hold on the stock, Baidu Inc. has a 52-week high of $217.97. As a means of comparison, a number of other analysts have commented on the company recently, and Baidu Inc. has secured a consensus one-year price target of $185.79, a decrease compared to the opening price of $187.85, a difference of 9.48 percent. Downgrades occur when analysts feel that the future prospects for the security have dropped from the initial recommendation, often caused by a considerable and integral change in the company’s operations, future vision or industry.

Yesterday Baidu Inc. (NASDAQ: BIDU) shares last traded at $196.03, which is a jump of $9.66 from the previous closing price. Opening at $187.85, they varied from $187.30 and $196.31 throughout the day.
