GoPro Inc. (GPRO) stock moves up, “Neutral” rating reiterated by Dougherty & Co Analysts

GoPro Inc. (NASDAQ: GPRO) shares rose yesterday on heavier trade volume than normal after a number of analysts weighed in on the investing value of the stock and reiterated thier respective ratings.

Dougherty & Co analysts reiterated its Neutral rating on GoPro Inc. (NASDAQ: GPRO) in a note to investors, making it one of the more closely watched stocks on Wall Street. Dougherty & Co currently has a rating of Neutral on the stock. As a means of comparison, a number of other analysts have issued reports on the stock in recent days, and GoPro Inc. has secured a consensus one-year price target of $14.08, a decrease compared to the opening price of $16.90. GoPro Inc. stock has a 52-week high of $31.33. Share prices often trend to the upside on recommendations and new price targets of professional analysts.

Meanwhile, the Dow Jones Industrial Average DJIA, +0.62% finished up 112.58 points, or 0.6%, at 18,281.03 yesterday.

The Nasdaq Composite Index COMP, +0.50% rose 26.36 points, or 0.5%, to end at 5,316.02, and is up 0.1% for the week to date.

The S&P 500 index SPX, +0.43% added 9.24 points, or 0.4%, to close at 2,159.73.

GoPro Inc. (NASDAQ: GPRO) shares last traded at $17.13, which represents a spike of $0.24 or 0.01 compared to the previous closing price. Opening at $16.90, they fluctuated from $16.90 and $17.68 throughout the day.
